I can’t say enough great things about Jake!! I had never done a house auction before and he explained how it worked so decided to go with it. If I had questions, whether by phone or text, he answered promptly. When the bidding started, he let me know. We were communicating throughout the whole thing. He’s professional, personable and really knows his stuff! Even had a set back because the winning bidder backed out but Jake worked continuously until he had the second bidder in a contract. If you ever need your house auctioned for any reason, I would definitely recommend Jake!

Jake and everyone at auction ohio, did a great job selling the property I had listed. Jake used new (internet)and old (mailers)technology to advertise the sale. From the time they started promoting the auction, the property was the first listing you saw on land-id and other platforms. I don't think any stone was unturned. Property was sold and the only thing I had to pay was closing costs. No realtor fees or auction fees. All in all very good experience and will use them again in future.
